The difference between the successful people and you is that they use their time more wisely. That's why we say sleep is 4 suckers because we have something to accomplish, and we can't accomplish it if we spend 8 hours out of 24 hours asleep and inactive. Rise & Grind! Wake up early and get a 3-5 hour head start on the rest of the world. Go to bed only after everything you have on your to-do list is checked off and completed. The more things you get done in a day, the more efficient you become. Efficiency leads to success, and success leads to rewards. Those rewards will overshadow your desire to rest. So start a new schedule. Literally sit down and write out what you will do and when you will do it. Start you day an hour earlier than normal, and after you get used to it, get up an hour before that. Eventually you will see things start to change. So wake up Night Crawlers! Sleep is 4 Suckers!
